This sweet little guy right here deserves all of your attention.
At 10 years old, my nephew Scheyer, has decided once again to raise money for children’s cancer research AND donate his hair to make wigs for children with cancer.
Four years ago he participated in St Baldrick’s, raising thousands of dollars for the cause but was sad that when they shaved his hair it wasn’t long enough to donate. So this time, this caring, selfless little boy grew his hair for TWO WHOLE YEARS so that it would be long enough to BOTH donate and raise money!
This quiet, slightly shy, but determined and loving little man grew his hair for two whole years solely help others!
No, he does not like having long hair!!!
He kept growing it despite numerous tears over washing and brushing it.
He kept growing it despite getting reprimanded in school for his hair being in his face.
He kept growing his hair in spite of the ignorant adults referring to him as a girl.
This amazing human, who happens to only be TEN YEARS OLD, let all of the comments and ridicule roll off his back because he is on a mission. This remarkable little angel wants to raise a million dollars over his lifetime to help kids with cancer!!!!
