waar gaat mijn geld naartoe? (of waarom cappuccino’s thuis altijd goedkoper zijn) als je 3,50 (onze a-prijs) betaalt voor een cappuccino, gaat slechts 0,51 daarvan naar de effectieve kosten van de ingrediënten van deze cappuccino (koffie, havermelk). en toch hebben we die 3 euro extra nodig: om onze eigen kosten te kunnen dekken. huur, reparaties, onderhoud, kassasystemen, wifi, wc-papier, belastingen… en ook onze lonen: € 12,82 per uur bruto, waarvan nog ongeveer de helft naar bedrijfsvoorheffing, sociale bijdrages en belastingen gaat. ps: er volgen nog *achter de schermen* posts met meer info pps: stuur ons een mailtje als je vragen, bedenkingen of ideeën hebt na het lezen van dit bericht
