A new season for Palette 🍫

We’re closing the doors of our shop at Het Archief this July.

It’s not a goodbye - just a shift. We’re taking time behind the scenes to make Palette even better. This pause gives space to rethink, create, and grow.

But today, we’re still open and ready to supply you with your chocolate favourites - come by and say hi!

Our webshop and corporate orders continue as usual, so your chocolate cravings and gifting needs are still in good hands.

Every Easter in Belgium, chocolate eggs start appearing in the most unexpected places. Behind flower pots, under chairs, even in coat pockets. But who hides them? Not the Easter Bunny. In Belgium, it’s the flying bells.

Legend says the church bells take a secret trip and return loaded with chocolate, dropping eggs all over the place as they rush back. A bit chaotic but definitely delicious.

Belgian chocolatiers make sure there are plenty of eggs to go around. So if you find one this Easter, enjoy it. Whether it came from the bells or from someone who knows how to keep the magic alive.

Dé ontdekking van het jaar onder de chocolatiers is volgens Gault&Millau Iryna De Peuter (33) van Palette. Na verschillende pop-ups verkoopt de Antwerps-Oekraïense haar gewaagde pralines - met smaken als yuzu-matcha of mango-oolong - nu in haar eerste permanente winkel in de Wilde Zee.
