২. পণ্যের বিবরণ
ছবির সাথে পণ্যের রঙে ৫–১০% পার্থক্য হতে পারে ( লাইটিং ও স্ক্রিন রেজোলিউশনের কারণে )।
সাইজ চার্ট দেখে সঠিক সাইজ নির্বাচন করা ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব।
৩. পেমেন্ট নীতি
Cash on Delivery (COD) সুবিধা উপলব্ধ।
কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে (পোস্টে উল্লেখ থাকবে)।
৪. ডেলিভারি নীতি
সিলেট ভিতরে: ১–৩ কার্যদিবস
সিলেট বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস
কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে (লোকেশন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে)।
৫. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সমস্যার কথা জানাতে হবে।
শুধুমাত্র ভুল পণ্য বা ডিফেক্টেড পণ্য হলে এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য।
ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে না।
এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
৬. অর্ডার বাতিল
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না।
৭. প্রাইভেসি নীতি
গ্রাহকের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ রাখা হবে এবং কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে না।

1. Order Policy
Customers must provide correct name, address, and phone number while placing an order. Laboni & Ross will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete information.
2. Product Information
Product color may slightly vary (5–10%) due to lighting and screen resolution. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size as per the size chart.
3. Payment Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Advance payment may be required for selected items (mentioned in the post).
4. Delivery Policy
Inside sylhet : 1–3 working days
Outside sylhet : 3–5 working days
Delivery charge must be paid by the customer and may vary by location.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchange is applicable only for wrong or defective products. Used, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange. Courier charge for exchange will be borne by the customer.
