Job Responsibilities
• Online chatting and handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining information about our products.
• Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information with any sales offers to the customer, ensuring sales our product.
• Taking or canceling orders; collecting deposits, payments or make billing arrangements
• Referring unresolved grievances to the proper company departmental specialist; and provide refunds, bill adjustments or exchanges.
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Analyses competitor activity

Educational Requirements
• Must be Graduated from any reputed University/ Institutions.
• Diploma completed candidates, Honors 3rd year and 4th year running students are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
• Age 21 to 32 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good oral communication & listening skill and analytical skill.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
