Dear valued Araz members to make things easier here are some information about the order procedure !

1)Inbox in my id Hasna Ara or in the send message option of the page with your full
Name, address and contact number along with the product picture to confirm your order or any other enquiries!

2)The measurement chart is provided below please check and let us know in which size do you want the product or you can drop off your sample at drop off point in Banani.

For Pre order products !

3) As many of our products are pre-order based it takes to 2-3 weeks Time approximately. But sometimes it might take longer if there is any kind of delay by the shipping company.

4) I will place an order first for the product you want to purchase after i confirm that the product is avilable please bkash 20 % of the total bill and the rest of the money would be cash on delivery.

5) Your orders cannot be changed after the booking in case of cancellation without any valid reasons advance money would be cut down.

6) Delivery Time is with in 30 days, in some cases there might be delay due to customs.
In the case of lost the booking money will be returned .

7) Please be very sure about your order before confirming it. AS WE DON’T HAVE ANY RETURN POLICY for the pre order goods ! Product can only be returned if there is any mistake or damage caused by the delivery company’s end.

8)When you receive the product please check it front of the delivery man,after the delivery man has left your location no complaints will be taken into consideration.

9) If you are unable to receive your product and someone else is collecting your products on your behalf, then please instruct that person to check the products in front of delivery man.

10)Please provide a valid contact number which is always available to receive calls or text regarding your order.

11) Delivery charges will depend on the weight of the products.
