WFH forever. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Covid-19 is here to stay, not sure for how long but we’ve gradually started living with it in parallel. Let’s hope there will be a vaccine soon, until then social distancing and masks are the only reliable weapons in our inventory. WFH is the new norm and employees are staying home indefinitely. Well, life has to go on and so does work. There are a few organizations such as Twitter, Square, etc. who already asked their employees to WFH forever. Every coin has two sides likewise, WFH has its own set of merits and demerits. So let’s see the fun side of the good, the bad, and the ugly of WFH forever.
