সর্বাবস্থায় এবং সবকিছুর জন্য আলহামদুলিল্লাহ বলুন, ইসলামকে সঠিকভাবে অনুসরণ করুন এবং আমাদের সাথে থাকুন।

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস দিচ্ছি, তবে আপনাকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।

আমাদের ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
১.ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে = ৭০টাকা
২.ঢাকার বাইরে = ১২০টাকা

#বিঃদ্রঃ:
১. এই চার্জ প্রতি একটি অর্ডারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
২. আপনি একটি অর্ডারে ১+ পণ্য অর্ডার করতে পারেন।
৩. আপনার অর্ডারের পরিমাণ ৩৫০০৳ এর উপরে হলে, আপনার ডেলিভারি চার্জ সম্পুর্ন ফ্রী হবে। তবে আপনাকে ১৫০৳ অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।

#রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি:
১. ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর উপস্থিতিতে পণ্যটি নিজ দায়িত্বে বুঝে নিতে হবে এবং কোনো সমস্যা হলে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে জানাতে হবে, অন্যথায় কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
২. যদি পন্য ডেলিভারির সময় আমাদের থেকে কোনো ভুল হয়ে থাকে তাহলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে অভিযোগ জানালে আমরা নিজ দায়িত্বে এবং খরচে পন্য পরিবর্তন ও পৌছিয়ে দিবো ইনশাআল্লাহ অথবা অগ্রীম প্রদানকৃত টাকা ফেরত নিতে পারবেন।

৩. পন্য ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পন্যের রঙ, সাইজ পরিবর্তন অথবা অন্য পন্য নিতে চাইলেও দেয়া যাবে যদি পন্য সংগ্রহে থাকে। সেক্ষেত্রে নিজ খরচে পরিবর্তন করে নিতে হবে। তবে, অবশ্যই গ্রহনকৃত পন্যে কোনো সমস্যা থাকা যাবে না।

We are providing cash on delivery service in over the Bangladesh, but you have to pay delivery charge in advance. Our delivery charge:
1.Inside of Dhaka city=70tk
2.Outside of Dhaka=120tk

3. If your order amount up to 3500tk , your delivery charge will be free. But you have to pay 150/- in advance.


& Refund Policy:
1. In the presence of the Delivery Man, the product must be understood at its own risk and if there is any problem, it must be reported in the presence of the Delivery Man, otherwise no complaint is admissible.
2. If we make a mistake during the delivery of the product, if you complain in the presence of the delivery man,InshaAllah we will change and deliver the product at our own risk and expense, or refund the money paid in advance.
3. Within 7 days after the delivery of the product, the color, size of the product can be changed or if you want to take another product, it can be given if the product is in the collection. In that case you have to change at your own expense. However, there must be no problem with the accepted product.
