1. 50% payment should be made in advance.
2. Every attempt is made to bring you top quality products but considering the nature of the items (fancy and decorative), warranty of the product is not available unless specified.
3. There might be a little difference between original product due to resolution variation.
4. No refunds or changing policy applicable.
5. If the product gets stolen/lost from custom office or gets sold out in the website right after your advance, we won't be held responsible for it. We will refund within 1 weeks at maximum.
6. After ordering/payment, you cannot cancel the order.

2. The Pick Up Point would be at Khulshi Mart/Busket/GEC between Chittagong city
3. Home Delivery (Actual Charge applicable)
4. Delivery anywhere in Bangladesh by Currier service (Actual Currier Charge applicable)
Refund / Return Policies:
1. Customers will get refund if the seller is unable to deliver the product to our China/USA/UK side.
2. “Shot” holds the right to cancel or refund the customer’s order if any unavoidable circumstances arise.
