ব্যবসা করতে গিয়ে যা শিখেছিঃ

১। সিস্টেমকে বিশ্বাস করুন, মানুষকে নয়, সে যেই হোক।
২। অযোগ্য মানুষকে হেল্প করার নিয়তে ব্যবসার দায়িত্ব দেবেন না।
বাঁশ খাবেন ঝাড় সহ।
৩। নেগেটিভ মানুষদের (যারা ভাইরাস ছড়ায়) কোনো চিন্তা না করেই ফায়ার করুন। এরা বিষাক্ত ও ছোঁয়াচে।
৪। আপনার স্বপ্নকে যে কর্মী বিশ্বাস করেনা, লালন করেনা , ফায়ার করুন।
৫। যে এমপ্লয়ী নিজেকে আপডেইট করেনা, NOKIA হয়ে আছে বছরের পর বছর, ফায়ার করুন।
৬। একজন এমপ্লয়ীকে যত বেতন দিচ্ছেন তার কমপক্ষে ১২ গুণ মুনাফা তার কাছ থেকে না পেলে ঐ কর্মী প্রতিষ্ঠানের বোঝা।
৭। নতুন এমপ্লয়ী নিয়োগ দিলে যদি পুরাতন কেউ আপনার ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের সমালোচনা করে, তাকে সাথে সাথে ফায়ার করুন।
৮। প্রতিষ্ঠানের একটি সংস্কৃতি গড়ে তুলুন। মানতে বাধ্য করুন।
৯। একবার কেউ চুরি করলে মাফ করবেন না। সুযোগ পেলে আবারো করবে। নিশ্চিত থাকুন।
১০। যতটা সম্ভব ক্যাশ লেনদেন থেকে বের হয়ে আসুন। কাউকে বিশ্বাস করবেন না। মরা মানুষও নাকি টাকা দেখলে হা করে।
১১। শর্টটার্মের জন্য এমপ্লয়ী নেবেন না।
১২। যে এমপ্লয়ী চাকরি করার মনোভাব রাখে, প্রতিষ্ঠানকে নিজের মনে করে না তাকে দিয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোনো উন্নয়ন সম্ভব নয়।
১৩। যে এমপ্লয়ী প্রতিষ্ঠানের অপচয় রোধে সচেতন নয় (বিদ্যুত/গ্যাস/পানি/খাবার/গ্যাস/স্পেইস/কাগজ/কলম ইত্যাদি) তাকে কিক আউট করুন।
১৪। যে এমপ্লয়ীরা গীবত করে তাদের কিক আউট করুন।
১৫। যে এমপ্লয়ীরা ভুল করার পর অযুহাত দাড় করায় বা অন্যের উপর দোষ চাপায়, কিক আউট করুন।
১৬। আত্মীয় হলেই বিশ্বাস করে টাকাপয়সা হ্যান্ডল করতে দেবেন না। তদারকির মধ্যে রাখবেন।
১৭। যাদের যে কোনো ধরনের নেশা আছে, তাদেরকে প্রতিষ্ঠানে যুক্ত না রাখাই ভালো। বেশ ভালো।

একসময় কোম্পানি গঠন এর জটিলতায় "Ease of Doing Business" এ বাংলাদেশের অবস্থান ছিল একদম তলানিতে।

তবে এখন খুব সহজেই অনলাইনে কোম্পানি রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা যায় মাত্র তিন ধাপে। সাথে দশ লাখ টাকা পর্যন্ত অথরাইজ ক্যাপিটাল হলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি একদম ফ্রি বা শূন্য। স্ট্যাম্প ফি, ফাইলিং ফি এবং সার্টিফিকেট ফি দেখে নিতে পারেন RJSC ওয়েবসাইট থেকে।

তো রেজিঃ করতে হবে ৩ টি ধাপে।
১. নামের ছাড়পত্র: এটি অনেকটাই ডোমেইনের মত, একই নামে কখনো একাধিক কোম্পানি হবে না, ফলে আপনি নিজের ব্র্যান্ড নামের নিরাপত্তা পাবেন।

২. ডকুমেন্টেশন ও সাবমিশন: আপনাকে কোম্পানি নিবন্ধনের জন্যে RJSC ফরমেটে MoA এবং AoA তৈরি করতে হবে, যেখানে শেয়ারের পরিমাণ, অথরাইজ ক্যাপিটাল, পেইড আপ সহ সব বিষয় উল্লেখ থাকবে। এক্ষেত্রে আপনি নিজে বা কোন লইয়ার ব Sheba365.xyz EBusiness লিগ্যাল টিমের সহায়তা নিতে পারেন।

এর পর নির্ধারিত সকল ফি জমা দিয়ে RJSC তে আপনার ফাইল সাবমিট করবেন।

৩. সার্টিফিকেট: সব ঠিকঠাক থাকলে ১-৪০ দিনের মধ্যে রেজিস্টার আপনাকে ডিজিটাল সার্টিফিকেট পাঠিয়ে দিবে।

ব্যাস, হয়ে গেল আপনার "xyz limited" কোম্পানি।

Architect Job Responsibilities:
• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
