FOR THE CRUST⠀
✔️ Preheat oven to 375 °F and set an oven rack in the middle position.⠀
✔️ In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter; stir with a fork first, and then your hands until the mixture is well combined. Using your fingers and the bottom of a glass or dry measuring cup, press the crumbs firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 x 1.5-inch pie pan. ⠀
✔️ Bake for 10 minutes, until just slightly browned. Let the crust cool on a wire rack.⠀

✔️ Lower the oven temperature to 350°F.⠀
✔️ In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, lime zest, and lime juice. Pour the thick mixture into the warm graham cracker crust. Bake for 15 minutes, until the filling is almost set; it should wobble a bit. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then place in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly, about 3 hours.⠀

✔️ 3 cups finely chopped broccoli⠀
✔️ 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup⠀
✔️ 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese⠀
✔️ 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided⠀
✔️ ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese⠀
✔️ ½ cup sour cream⠀
✔️ ground black pepper to taste⠀

✔️ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.⠀

Apple sausage stuffed butternut squash is filled with flavour. It's hearty, healthy and more delicious than you can imagine.⠀

🔅2 1/2 pound Butternut Squash⠀
🔅 1 tablespoon Olive Oil⠀
🔅salt and pepper, to taste⠀
🔅1/2 pound Sausage⠀
🔅1/2 Onion, diced⠀
🔅3 Garlic Cloves, minced⠀
🔅2 cups (lightly packed) Baby Spinach⠀
🔅1 Apple, diced⠀
🔅1 tablespoon Fresh Sage, finely chopped⠀
🔅1/2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped⠀
🔅1/3 cup dried Cranberries, unsweetened⠀
🔅1/4 cup Pecans, chopped⠀

🔅Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.⠀
🔅Slice the butternut squash in half with a very sharp knife. ⠀
🔅Scoop the seeds out of the butternut squash with a spoon.⠀
🔅Lightly oil the butternut squash and season with salt and pepper.⠀
🔅Lay the butternut squash, cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes.⠀
🔅While the butternut squash is cooking, add the sausage to a saute pan on medium heat. Use a spatula to break up the sausage and cook until it's just browned.⠀
🔅Add the onions, garlic and baby spinach to the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted.⠀
🔅Add the apple, sage and rosemary and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the apple has softened slightly.⠀
🔅Turn off the heat and stir in the cranberries and pecans.⠀
🔅When the butternut squash halves are cooked through, remove them from the oven, flip them over and remove some of the flesh (but leave plenty to enjoy!) to make room for the filling. Save this removed flesh and turn it into mashed butternut squash to enjoy later!⠀

➕ 2 tablespoons ground flax seed⠀
➕ 2–3 tablespoons cocoa powder⠀
➕ 10 ounces medjool dates⠀
➕ 1–2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted⠀
INSTRUCTIONS⠀
➕ Place almonds in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add oats, ground flax seed, and cocoa powder. Pulse until well combined.⠀
➕ Add dates and pulse for 30 seconds, or until mixture is combined and crumbly. ➕ ➕ Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil over mixture and pulse for a few seconds, or until the mixture is sticky and holds together. If still crumbly, add more oil and pulse again.⠀

This tender, flavourful Cranberry Pork Roast is super easy to prepare, yet looks and tastes like a gourmet meal. A winner is out books! ⠀

INGREDIENTS⠀
▢ 5 lb pork loin⠀
▢ 2 tbsp olive oil⠀
▢ 1 tbsp thyme dried⠀
▢ ¼ tsp nutmeg ground⠀
▢ 1 tsp allspice⠀
▢ 1 tsp salt or to taste⠀
▢ ½ tsp pepper or to taste⠀
▢ ¼ cup honey⠀
▢ 1 tbsp orange zest⠀
▢ 2 cups cranberry sauce⠀

INSTRUCTIONS⠀
▢ Preheat the oven to 375 F degrees and arrange the rack in the middle of the oven.⠀
▢ Drizzle the olive oil all over the pork loin. Season with thyme, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper on all sides evenly. ⠀
▢ Heat a large 12 inch cast iron pan with a little bit of olive oil, then brown the pork on all sides, 4 to 6 minutes per side. Sear until it’s a deep golden brown and easily releases from the pan. Remove from heat.⠀
▢ Drizzle honey on all sides of the pork loin then grate some orange zest over it. ⠀
▢ Cover with aluminum foil, transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 30 minutes. ▢ Remove the foil and finish roasting for another 30 minutes. ⠀
▢ Meanwhile prepare the cranberry sauce. ⠀
▢ Transfer the pork roast to a cutting board and let it rest for at least 15 to 20 minutes before slicing into it. ⠀
▢ Slice then top with cranberry sauce before serving it.
