Founder of Evolve — a space created from my own journey of healing and growth. I started this salon to help women care for their hair while reconnecting with their confidence.

As I continue to grow, I’m now branching into trichology — because our hair health runs deeper than styling. For Black women especially, understanding the root causes of hair loss, scalp issues, and breakage is powerful. We deserve real answers, not just quick fixes.

At Evolve, it’s not just about how your hair looks — it’s about how it thrives. My mission is to help women heal from the inside out, and feel beautiful every step of the way.

Jessica Scott, 20 years old, with a deep love for cosmetology, new to this but true to this ‘As an introvert, I thrive in calm, focused environments where I can express my creativity and connect with clients on a personal level. Though I’m still early in my journey, I’ve already launched my career in cosmetology and remain fully committed to growing and mastering my craft.

LUXURY OZONE MIST TREATMENT

If your hair feels like the product cannot pe*****te , experiencing scalp issues , hair feels dry, dull, dehydrated, your luxury treatment will be the ozone treatment . We cocktail a mixture of different treatments but the machine aids in penetrating the treatments into the hair shaft . The lights have a lot of benefits from anti bacterial anti microbial to hair loss properties .

OLAPLEX & PROPLEX TREATMENT
Olaplex and Proplex are quite similar as they are preventative treatments . They strengthen the hair and prevents damage . Rebuilds disulfide bonds.

K18 treatment pe*****tes deep into the cortex and reverses damage from the inside out. Perfect for severely damage hair and makes the hair feel healthy again .

WHAT IS OUR FAV THING TO DO IN THE SALON 🤍

Three different personalities. . Jess is the opposite to me and Akera 😩
But I enjoy working with these girls so much .

For me Evolve makes me feel safe. It’s literally home . God has def blessed me with these amazing guys and I pray I continue to cherish them. 🤍

For me , I love everything about the salon, including the challenges because that’s how we all grow, it’s how we Evolve , but I feel like I bond more with color . It can take forever sometimes , but the out come is always amazing .

Akera personality is def more warm , she gets along so well with the clients. She’s so easy to talk to and I know some clients love a chat session 😂😂😂 you feel so safe with her you can tell her anything.

Jess now , yall know how I feel about Jess . She’s like the mini version of me in everything expect for talking . She is a bit more reserved and you know I talk off yall head but her growth and her background is def similar to me.

I enjoy watching the girls in their element . Servicing and taking care of the clients . I trust them. I’m sure about them . I love these girls so much.
