So, I wore my shirt yesterday while running some errands.

This shirt caused some interesting reactions from some persons. It was hilarious 😁

I could see some persons surprised of the wording and that I actually wore it.

Clearly, these people don't have a clue that this is "nothing" compared to what my original wording were for some of these shirts.

I want to shout out to the lady that boldly and loudly voiced her pleasure in seeing such a shirt on display..😁

Her words were " You are a woman after my own heart. Let them know too, you don't want or need their opinions either!"😁😁

She was my favorite person for the day 🤗👍❣️

As we continue to take a short look at Self Care.
This is great advice.
Let's apply the advice to our lives on a daily basis.
Spend time building and developing as a person.
Spend time building the business you always dreamt of.
Spend time learning more about finances and applying the knowledge to life.
Spend time connecting with GOD on a deeper level, if that is what you desire.

The point is, we must try our best to live our lives to the fullest and as positive as possible.

SELF -CARE FRIDAY!
GUARDING OUR MINDS AGAINST NEGATIVITY.

It is vital that the avenues of our mind remain guarded.
We must be mindful that what controls our mind, controls us.
In addition, we must be very careful who we give our power to, because that person will ultimately control our minds as well.
Each and everyday, there are negative and toxic forces, persons and voices competing for the control of our minds and lives.
We must be intentional about guarding our minds and ourselves against allowing negative and toxic people into our spaces and atmospheres.
We must guard our eyes, ears , emotions, thought processes and our spirituality ferociously.

I always remind persons close to me, to remember there is no need to attend every argument or fight, you are invited to.
An invitation should not always mean acceptance.

There are times, we might not always be successful in guarding our minds, but we must remember that it is a process. We should learn from every experience and apply wisdom the next time.

Create a strategic plan on how to deal with the constant negative and toxic people we live among on a daily basis. There are times, we might not be able to change the negative environment immediately; however, we can create an active workplan to deal with the situation.

In addition, we must equally make time to relax, have fun, participate in hobbies, read, pray....DO what we LOVE to do and enjoy life!😍

Remember, we are all on a journey.

CARE TIPS FOR PRINTED T- SHIRTS
1) Wash printed t-shirts with cold water and make sure you turn them on the wrong side before washing them.
2) Only use regular detergent on printed t-shirts.
3) Do not use clorox or other types of bleaches on the shirts.
4) Do not dry clean the printed t-shirts.
5) Dry t-shirts on hangers or tumble dry on low speed.
6) If you need to iron, turn the shirts inside-out and press on the lowest heat setting.

Loving ourselves unconditionally should be one of our daily commitments.
We should be mindful that we truly matter and we will be unable to pour into family, friends and our businesses being empty vessels. We must take care of ourselves, so we can become the best versions of ourselves.

The journey of self love might have been a long and hard process for some of us; while it might have been a little bit less dramatic for others. Those of us who are still journeying, we support you.
However, we made it to this point, we are thankful that we see self-love as top-priority in our lives.
