Sales Allrounder – Trump Steel Pty Ltd
Location: Yatala, QLD
Full Time | Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturday mornings
Trump Steel is a growing steel supplier based in Yatala, servicing customers across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing great service, quality products and competitive prices.
We're looking for a motivated Sales Allrounder to join our team. This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales and warehouse support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a small team.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Answering phone enquiries and providing quotes.
-Responding to customer emails.
-Serving walk-in customers.
-Processing sales and orders.
-Picking and packing customer orders.
-Assisting warehouse staff when required.
-Making local deliveries in a company vehicle when needed.
-General housekeeping and helping wherever required.
What we're looking for:
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic computer skills.
-Current manual driver's licence preferred.
-Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
-Steel industry experience is preferred but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
