Tomorrow is our last market at Yamba Farmers & Producers Market before Christmas, so if you want to get your hands on Christmas chocolate, tomorrow is your day! There will also be the option to pre-order a few goodies for delivery on the morning of Sat 21 Dec. Numbers will be extremely limited though so please ask me tomorrow if you’re interested. This is what we mean when we say bean to bar!
It's quite a process but it's absolutely worth it and you can definitely taste the difference. I hand select each bean before roasting and cracking them. The process takes approximately 64 hours and I think you can taste the care that goes into each bar. If you'd like to try it for yourself, come down to Yamba Farmers Markets for our first day tomorrow-there may just be some samples waiting for you.
