Somehow it came to be transformed from ‘the drink of the gods’ to a sweet commodity. But how did this come to be? The answer can be found in the story of European chocolate; for in the tapestry of family recipes, of rivalries, and of the aristocracy lay the tale of artisan chocolate and of Belgian chocolatiers. And it is this story we wish to bring to you. But although it is a tale of European cho

colate we want to bring the legend alive here, locally, so that this reawakened chapter in the history of chocolate becomes a part of Australian culture and experience. Through combining classic recipes and premium Belgian couverture with the freshest local and imported ingredients, we aim to give you a taste of past luxury, where every piece is a work of art. In true Belgian tradition, our assortment offers a wide variety both in textures and style of the fillings, however is innovatively adapted to the Australian taste with locally popular flavors. But we offer more than a story, for our chocolate is of the highest quality and is a delicate indulgence for the senses. Come by and visit our quaint little boutique at the Old Dairy in Wyong to experience it for yourself!
