doors are open 7 days a week for take home drinks and gourmet pantry items. You can also join us at the bar from Thursday - Sunday for a classic cocktail, one of our feature wines on the pour, grazing platters, or anything from our shelves.

The Daylesford Dream. Cloud Distillery | Macedon Ranges Lime Gin as the base, Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur to lift it.

The lime gin runs the botanical and the citrus together rather than against each other (infused with local organic limes, no less!), while the elderflower adds a floral note that lifts without taking over - and the aquafaba to bring that creamy sour-style body and you’ve got a locally inspired classic.

Lentil and walnut koftas, beetroot hummus, tabbouleh.

The walnut brings more than texture: fat and a slight bitterness that keeps the whole plate honest. The tabbouleh carries the acid, the hummus ties it together underneath. Pairs well with a glass of Macedon Ranges Pinot Noir, if you're asking!

The cellar stocks wines from across the Macedon Ranges alongside bottles from the wider Victorian landscape and beyond, but the ribboned ones are what we know best. If you're not sure where to start, the team can point you in the right direction.

The list rotates more often than the regular wine menu, partly because those bottles don't tend to be in large supply. If there's something you've been meaning to try but weren't ready to commit to a full bottle, it's worth asking the team what's on when you come in. Coravin

The Faux Gras won the Restaurant Category at the 2026 Veg Action Edgy Veg Awards, and it's now a permanent fixture on the menu.

Shae's plant-based take on foie gras: cashew whipped for the richness, mushroom layered underneath for the depth and savour the dish needs to hold its ground. Served in a jar with house-made citrus jam, cornichons and toasted Woodend Bakery sourdough. We guarantee the jar will be scraped clean.
