Introducing the SIP Prosecco.... now proudly wearing our own label. There's something special about seeing our name on the bottle, and we can't wait to share it with you.

Spotted in our beautiful formal garden at Grays Inn, these two lovely ladies, Rachael and Natalie, capturing the moment after Opera in the Village. 🎶✨

There's something special about golden hour in this garden, a glass in hand, and a night of music still glowing. This is exactly the kind of moment we love hosting at SIP.

Did you know? Our formal garden is available to book for private events, including Christmas parties. And if you want to make a night of it, Grays Inn has three rooms upstairs, right in the heart of Wollombi Village.

Michael's been busy building something special: SIP Uncovered, a new series of experiences bringing you closer to the people and stories behind the region's best wine, gin and craft beer.

And there's more - this September, SIP and the whole Grays Inn building (including our gorgeous formal garden) become a hub for the Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival, running 12–27 September. Sculpture in the Vineyards

Something a little different this Sculpture Festival. 🍺

Join us on Sunday 12 September for a craft beer tasting at SIP, as part of the Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival. Come swirl, sip and sample your way through a lineup of local craft beers, right here in the heart of Wollombi Village.

Pair it with a wander through the festival's sculptures scattered across the valley, and make a full day of it.

Two years in the making, and it's almost time. 🍷

Wollombi Wines' 2023 Shiraz is finally emerging from French oak cask, and it's been worth the wait. A bright pink-purple hue leads into a glass of fragrant red fruit -morello cherry, raspberry, cranberry - layered with soft florals and just a whisper of pepper.

On the palate, it's elegant and red-fruited, with silky tannins and subtle oak influence rounding out every sip.

Just 12 bottles will be released. Once they're gone, they're gone.
