Today on my personal page, I received a very disturbing/upsetting post regarding our business. To say I'm very distress and upset ,that is an understatement. We have been accused of turning customers away saying we won't service any machines purchased from spotlight, being rude and hanging up on them.
I can assure you all that none of the statements made are true. We are very customer focused and will endeavour to help our customers the best we can. I'm not sure what people get out of putting blatant lies on Facebook. It is very damaging for our business, not to mention soul destroying when we are doing our utmost for our customers. We have many very loyal customers, but these few people have hurt us dreadfully. Thank you to all of our loyal customers/friends who support us. If anyone has any issues with our business/service, please come in and discuss it with us.

So sorry sorry girls, but there was a mix up with the dates for the August 26 gathering. The dates are 22nd and 23rd. Hope that doesn't change things for those that have responded so quickly. Once again sorry sorry

My helper is out of action today. Last night night whilst stacking the dishwasher, she broke a plate and cut her foot. So our Saturday night was spent in A&E. She did continue stacking the dishwasher, even the broken plate 🤣 today the excuses are coming thick and fast as to why she can't do certain jobs!!! Never a dull moment in our house.

I know what you are all thinking, no we are not trying to compete with John Farnha.s Last tour. Gail Pan and Kerry Worby have very generously made time in their extremely busy lives, have agreed to coming together for a Gathering 26. At the moment details haven't been finalised, but the date has. We will be having this gathering in August 15th and 16th.
If you are interested can you please let me know ASAP. It will be a first in best dressed as numbers are capped.
For those interested, I shall send further details as I have them .
