All stall holders need to read and understand the T's & C's which are listed below, by reading and understanding them we are all covered by our insurance, the venue and the terms of hiring the generator. Once you have read them we expect ALL stall holders to acknowledge them by commenting their name and their stall name. Once you arrive on market day I will
expect all stall holders to sign in and again acknowledge you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions
• Upon arrival stallholders are to make contact with the Peppercorn Market site manager, for site allocation at the front door and signing the Terms and Conditions. The decision on site allocation is final and NO changes will be made on the day.
•All stalls must have pump style hand sanitiser available for public use. Please also use it after handling money.
•If your stall becomes crowded and no longer meets the social distancing rules, please advise people to space out or come back.
• All stallholders must be ready for trading by 9.30am on market day and must remain open from 10am – 3pm. Stallholders MUST not dismantle their stall before 3pm regardless of whether you have sold out.
• All products MUST adhere to Australian Safety Standards. Stallholders must do their own research and the market team will not be held liable, for goods and services not up to standard. If we believe that products do not meet safety standards we have the right to ask you to remove them.
• All stallholders are only authorised to sell products that they have applied for in their application. Should you wish to sell anything else on your stall, you must request via email for permission. Our aim is to ensure that we have a large range and that stallholders are not disadvantaged in any way on the day by stallholders selling things that we already have a quota for.
• All stallholders must supply their own tables/trestles and tablecloths/covers. Tablecloths must touch the floor and be presented straight. Should you wish to have a chair, this must be supplied by the stallholder (if bringing chair/stool it must have rubber feet as to not scratch the floor). It is the expectation that the stallholders will ensure their stalls are presented well and that they keep their displays and signs confined to their allocated stall area. This is a must to ensure all walk ways are clear and safe for customers.
