✨ Casual Event Crew Member ✨

As Letz Get Lit continues to grow, we’re looking for another superstar to join our team.

No two days are the same. One day you could be styling a wedding, the next setting up a corporate gala, school formal, birthday celebration or installing our iconic marquee lights across the Mid North Coast.

🎉 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver, install and pack down event hire equipment
• Set up marquee lights, backdrops, styling and décor
• Assist with balloon installations, picnic setups and teepee parties
• Load and unload equipment for events
• Help keep our warehouse organised and event-ready
• Run/ Assist with our interactive workshops (Paint & Sips) etc

✅ WHAT YOU NEED

• Current Manual Driver’s Licence (Essential)
• Confidence towing and reversing a trailer
• Physically fit and capable of manual lifting (Essential)
• Available to work weekends (Essential)
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Great attention to detail

We finally got a chance to play around with something a little different… and we’re obsessed! 🤍

Our 60cm illuminated marquee letters stacked on top of our 1.2m marquee letters create the ultimate statement piece.

We tested it out at the front of our warehouse and safe to say this setup is going to turn some heads!

Just a little update from me…

Sometimes things can get buried amongst the chaos, and I never want to miss anyone.

But….. I think I’m finally back up to date now!

The last fortnight has been incredibly busy with enquiries and bookings and I’ve been absolutely overwhelmed (in the best way possible) by the support.

Thank you for your patience, your bookings, your enquiries, your recommendations, and for continuing to support local. It truly means the world.

It’s all in the small details ✨

The details your guests might only notice for a moment are often the things you’ll treasure forever.

Our Audio Guest Books allow your family and friends to leave heartfelt messages, funny stories, marriage advice, and well wishes that are captured forever. After your event, you’ll receive all recordings stored on a personalised engraved memory stick, along with access to an online album so you can listen back whenever and wherever you like. 🤍

And those personalised cookies? The sweetest little touch. They make beautiful guest favours, can be placed at each setting as part of your table styling, or displayed in a basket for guests to help themselves. A thoughtful detail that looks stunning and tastes even better.

The flowers will eventually fade, the music will stop, and the night will come to an end, but the memories are what last.

Some clients become so much more than clients. 🤍

Mandy has been with me since the very beginning. Back in 2018, when was just starting out, she was one of my very first customers. Since then, I’ve had the absolute privilege of being part of so many special milestones in her life.

From celebrations and birthdays to now welcoming a beautiful baby boy, it’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. Watching families grow and being trusted to help create the memories that go with it is something I never take for granted.

For Baby Sonter, we brought together styling, balloons, florals, cake and cookies to create a soft and timeless celebration, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all came together. 💙

A huge thank you to my incredible team who helped pull this one off. Behind every setup are the hands loading vans, inflating balloons, styling details, delivering, setting up and making sure everything looks just right. I might be the face people see, but it takes a village to bring these events to life.

Mandy, thank you for your support over the years, for trusting us time and time again, and for allowing us to be part of so many chapters of your story. We can’t wait to meet the newest little addition to your family. 💙

At Letz Get Lit, we’ve worked hard to become Port Macquarie’s one-stop shop for event styling, hire and décor. No running around to multiple suppliers. No coordinating five different styling companies. No stress.
