Fur Addiction is a family run mail order business providing exceptional quality, unique fur fabrics for the handmade craft and sewing market. We are based in Brisbane, Qld - Australia, and open by appointment for viewing the fabrics in person. If you're not within driving distance, we can post samples of our fabrics anywhere in the world (feeling is believing! ;)). Our fabrics are perfect for artist bears, heirloom animals and plushies, soft toys, puppets, fantasy soft-sculptures, Furry Fandom, cushions, furnishings, pet beds, doll wigs, clothing/scarfs/trims... the uses are endless!

Check out the incredibly fun colours on this piece!! 😍

I’ve now counted this dye batch, and there are just over 120 pieces! So far I’ve only photographed and measured around 1/3rd of them!! 😭

It’s a huge job, but I am optimistic that I’ll have them all sorted and listed on the website by the end of this weekend. (Or by Monday at the worst!) 🙌

Believe it or not, ALL of these teddies have been made using the exact same design - our 13” ‘FREE’ pattern!

*** Back in the era of blogs and Pinterest, we released one of our classic designs as a free pattern download. It was copied and distributed widely online and can probably still be found with a quick search! ***

We now have this free pattern available as a ‘choose-your-own-fur’ Kit option, complete with the joints, eyes and nose thread. Just select the fur type that speaks to you most, and you’ll have your very own unique teddy kit!
