(Part‑Time 25–30 hrs/week)

We’re Plus Printing, and we’re adding a hands-on Printing Team Member to our crew. You’ll work across custom clothing, promotional products, decals and laser engraving, with some design work in the mix too.
What you’ll be doing
- Printing and finishing apparel + promotional products
- Producing decals/stickers and assisting with laser engraving
- Setting up files/artwork (Adobe Suite experience is a big plus)
- Quality checking every job (we’re proud of what leaves the shop)
- Multitasking across jobs while keeping production moving and deadlines on track
- Keeping customers informed on where their jobs are at (clear updates, no guesswork)
- Following our policies, procedures and checklists
- A small amount of reporting/admin (mostly hands-on, active work)
You’ll fit right in if you’re
- Creative, practical, and enjoy learning new tools, systems and programs
- Experienced with Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop especially) or keen to build confidence
- Detail-focused and take pride in clean, accurate work
- Physically fit (some lifting + lots of moving between tasks)
- Reliable, punctual, and bring strong work ethic
- Good with spelling (or use tools to double-check) and communicate clearly
- Friendly with customers and enjoy being part of a community-focused business
- Someone who uses initiative, stays organised, and doesn’t need babysitting to keep jobs moving
- Understands that sometimes we may on a very rare occasion ask for extra reports or work to be done to meet an important deadline, and can be flexible, as you know we compensate with time off for family commitments or kids dentist appointments, and you still get paid and great perks.

Pre-employment requirements
Due to some contracts we hold, successful applicants will need:
- National Police Check
- Drug & alcohol screening
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
We’ll also ask about any allergies or relevant medical conditions, so we can keep you safe around certain materials/items used in production.
Hours
- 25–30 hours per week (part-time) - with an ability to gain more hours once you are all trained up.
Once in a rare time a Saturday 10.00am to 2pm shift may be required.
