Join us for a beautiful immersive evening with Prema Cacao and Prema Shakti Rising — a Gold Coast collective featuring Petra Mountfort, Shunya, Tara Powers, and Alice Reid.

We open by sharing ceremonial cacao together — slowing down, arriving, and setting intentions for the journey ahead. From there, Prema Shakti Rising guides you through a heart-conscious Kirtan journey weaving sacred mantras, uplifting heart songs, and live music from Gurmukhi and Sanskrit traditions.

Just popping in to share two things coming up that are sitting close to my heart — in case either of them calls to you.

First up, — I’m holding a Cacao, Sound & Soak at The Healing Garden Tallebudgera this Sunday, 10th May. ✨ A half morning of ceremony, sound healing, and time to simply float and restore. It falls beautifully on Mother’s Day, so it feels like a really special way to honour yourself, or to bring someone you love. Honestly, it’s for anyone who’s been running a little empty lately and could use a morning of deep nourishment.

And then on May 14th in Currumbin, we have our next Prema Shakti Rising Kirtan. 🎶 If you’ve never been to one of these evenings, — well, there’s something really special that happens when voices come together in that way. If you feel called, I would so love to see you there.

Both spaces are intimate and heart-led — I’m just sharing and trusting it will find whoever needs it most. 🤍
