Things are getting a little rugged at The Hub this weekend! Our Lumberjack Cake is coming in hot packed with apples, dates and spice, then topped with that glorious buttery, golden coconut crunch. 🌳🍰

And flying in from across the ditch is our cheeky little Kiwi classic Afghan Biscuits! 🇳🇿🍪 Rich chocolate, crunchy cornflakes, chocolate icing and a walnut on top. Sweet as, bro! 🥝😂

🍪✨ A LITTLE COOKIE MAGIC HAS ARRIVED AT THE HUB… ✨🍪

Something wonderfully Fantazmagoricl has been stirring in the cookie cauldron! 🪄

Our sourdough starter has wandered away from the bread basket and decided to become COOKIES… and frankly, we’re not stopping it! 😂

🍓🍫 Strawberry & Milk Chocolate Chip sweet little bursts of strawberry tangled up with creamy milk chocolate.

🌰🍑🤍 Macadamia, Apricot & White Chocolate buttery macadamias, golden apricot and dreamy white chocolate in one seriously magical bite.

Crispy edges, chewy centres and just the right amount of cookie mischief.

🍞✨ SOMETHING FANTAZMAGORICL HAS BEEN RISING AT THE HUB… ✨🍞

There’s been some serious sourdough sorcery happening behind the scenes, and the result is looking rather Fantazmagoricl!

Loaves have risen.
Focaccia has puffed.
Fruit has mysteriously appeared.
And one very special croissant is sitting quietly in the corner pretending it isn’t going to cause a stampede. 🥐😂

There’s something special happening in our little country kitchen this weekend…

The flour has been flying, the bowls have been mixing, and there’s been plenty of taste-testing along the way! We’ve been creating two brand-new sweet treats, tucked away under their tea towels until it’s time for the big reveal.
