I have ecovac omni 5 itwas a gift from my partner before he died. Im not that tec savvy and have sent it back for repair under warranty. Im not sure how to set it back up as when my partner mapped the house in the beginning it didn’t do all because he didnt ture on lights everywhere to map the whole house properly. Now i want to remap and dont understand the app. So frustrating for me im wondering if i should return it for a refund..just read al the comments about issues and im certainly not savvy to fix this myself. I’ve even asked if I paid someone to do it for me but cant find anyone who has the time..any suggestions what I should do?
