My name is Vicky and I am a professional photographer turned prop vendor. Throughout the years of photographing newborns, I became familiar with trending props and due to a lot of these props being sourced primarily from the US, I decided to unleash my creative side and make a few props for myself. I really enjoyed making them and it resulted in a lot of interest from other photographers, so I dec

ided to start a side prop business. It has taken off and I have now decided to take a break from my photography to focus on my expanding prop business. All of my felted items are hand made by me using soft, high quality Merino and Corriedale wool from Australia. My bonnets are made from acrylic felt (base) with quality artificial flowers. Hello and good morning to all of my lovely customers and followers!
My sincere apologies for not checking in for a while. Just before Christmas, my family and I moved from the Central Coast to Taree. We have been taking some time to settle into our new home as well as let our two boys settle in to their new school.

**HEARTFELTED IS CLOSING**
Yes, unfortunately I have made the very tough decision to close my website. For those of you who read my pinned post earlier this year (If not, you can read it here: https://www.facebook.com/HeartfeltedByVicky/photos/a.1249688475076171.1073741828.1249589001752785/1473618539349829/?type=3&theater ), things have most definitely been looking more positive for my family, but I have really had to come to terms with the fact that I am not great at multi-tasking on a grand scale. We have decided to relocate before the end of the year, so this means that I need to put all of my energy into getting organised for that, the moving process itself and most importantly, settling my teenage son and my younger, Autistic boy in. I am and will be busy with finding and transitioning to new schools, extra curricular activities, therapists and helping my husband establish his business.
I have struggled to find the time to make my bonnets and other props this year. I'm so bummed, as I had planned some really pretty designs!! It just made more sense to close the website, as I was paying a monthly fee and it was just costing me money in the end.
I am not sure what the future will hold for Heartfelted. As many of you know, I am also a photographer. My dream has always been to create an amazing studio space that is separate from my house and with this move, that dream may just become a reality and that is something I will definitely be putting all of my extra energy into. I do love creating props as well though and once we settle into some sort of routine, I may just decide to make items when I can and just post them in my group, like I did at the very beginning.

I thank each and every one of you for supporting and encouraging me and for understanding my situation when I may have caused you disappointment.

Just a note to those of you who purchased single bonnets from Friday nights store update.
We had heavy rain here today and as a result the courier didn't arrive with my single packing boxes. After calling the company, they reassured me that I am first on his list of deliveries tomorrow morning, so all remaining orders will be posted tomorrow. Something happened when uploading my products to the store the other day and somehow this bonnet didn't show up. It is available now. There is only one. I also have one other bonnet available, as well as some tiebacks, wraps and my beautiful silk throws - perfect for draping over newborn beds

Happy weekend everyone!
So, unfortunately I have been smashed with the flu! I was convinced it was tonsillitis again, but I've just come from the dr and apparently it is the flu.
I will try my hardest to get the store updated by the end of feb, but there is a very real chance it may end up being the first week of March. All I can do is apologise, rest and try my best to get it up asap. Have a great weekend all 💕🌺
