This was such a critically important podcast conversation with organizational psychologist and friend Scott Sonenshein that we released it on both “Dare to Lead” and “Unlocking Us” this week.

Our team gathered this week for the first time in two years. There was anxiety, grief, joy, awe, connection, curiosity, exhaustion, and exhilaration. Over the past two years, we’ve done amazing work together, we’ve struggled mightily, babies were born, we buried people we love—life has changed us. It‘s clear that we’re all new. Even those of us who have been around for over a decade.

For our team, this is a reset, a reevaluation, and a rising. I can’t tell you how much this conversation helped frame this very unique moment in time.

Good morning to you, the happy folk of Uki ! We hope you're all safe and dry in this rainy weather ☔️🌈. Our sincerest apologies for today, however due to an unforeseen circumstance the shop will not open but will continue trading tomorrow, Friday the 18th as per normal.

I just wanted to let all of my lovely customers and friends know that I will be moving on from the Steamfunk Herb Shop at the end of this year - As it begins its transition into its next evolution, so must I!

It’s been a wonderful three years co-managing with Nigel and collaborating with Elizabeth; the most authentic and integral bosslady I’ve ever had!
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this unique community and will miss the daily ins and outs and ups and downs that Uki offers, but I’m excited for whatever may come next and will be sure to visit!

I’ll be here in the store - Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays - for another two weeks, for whatever needs may arise during this busy holiday period! Or just come to say goodbye!
