Hello everyone, well I thought I better do a quick update. So far I have been in hospital the entire January but for 4 days, and just about two weeks in another hospital 🏥 I have been diagnosed with a secondary cancer completely unrelated to my breast cancer in 2021 😐 it’s quite a nasty one but one I’m determined to beat yet again, and my oncologist told me im strong 💪 the good news is its come up in the last say 3/4 months so we have got it early and I’ve already had my first chemo which I have every 3 weeks. Needless to say I won’t be doing any readings while I fight this, but will keep my page open as I get such lovely messages 💗🙏 my website is shut until I recover. Thank you everyone for your support and well wishes. 🙏

Hi everyone I’m still sick! My oncologist thought I might have pneumonia, so I had to have a chest x ray but he said it was relatively clear. He has put me on a five day course of some strong antibiotics, living with a terminal illness like cancer it’s things like pneumonia or blood clots (had one of those too and I’m on blood thinners) that have the greatest chance of killing us. So that runny nose that might be annoying to you, can really be a life or death thing for us, so stay away! I’ve decided to try and do my weekly readings in February, fingers crossed.

Sorry everyone I am still sick 🤒 it has nothing to do with my cancer, it’s just a plain old bug that is taking me a while to get over having a low immune system. I will get back to weekly readings when I’m able to 🙏💗

We have a card Arch and a Animal Rune this week with the same meaning, metamorphosis. This week will see some changes coming that ask us to let go of any unhealthy attachments that we have in our lives. Resistance to change can and does limit our future making us feel that we are stuck in limbo. This week we should assess the way we have been approaching change and ways we have been halting changes that we need due to fears of the unknown. If we stick to our own Truth and not the way other people perceive how we should do things life will flow much easier. We also have the Rider and Garden here, indicating invitations to parties and other types of social events which being so close to Christmas is no surprise. Some invitations may make you uncomfortable and you may wish to skip them, that is okay if it’s your truth and not avoidance of a certain situation in your life that you have been trying to avoid. For some of you the truth will hurt this week and cut deep for the pen and words are mightier than the sword, look for the truth behind this before reacting in the usual way. Of course at this time of the year with all the work Christmas 🎄 parties there is always someone who has to much to drink and decides to tell their boss or work colleagues what they really think of them 🤣

I don’t usually get this vibe from the Empress card, but this week I sense some of us will meet a woman or effeminate man, who for one reason or the other makes us uneasy and we can’t quite put the finger on why this is so. The High Priestess advises us to trust our instincts concerning this person, with the closed book on her lap suggesting to not reveal anything to this person about yourself or others. The Rider represents news, and as the Fish and House are there this will likely relate to financial issues concerning a House. Could this shifty person be a real estate agent? Or a relative trying to pull the wool over your eyes concerning an inheritance or property matter? Another meaning for the trio is that some of you may get the finance to purchase a new home 🏠 or to do some much needed renovations. For others a job opportunity present itself to work closer to home, or even work from home.

Mandrake, Scent, Hummingbird

Sorry for the late weekly reading, we had a massive power outage today and the electronics have gone haywire!

Mandrake has been used since ancient times in love potions and in witchcraft, for enticing a lover to succumb to your charms. By binding two of them together with the appropriate coloured ribbon, speaking your heart felt words into the spell and scattering some love drawing herbs. One of course represents yourself with the other your hoped for lover. This card speaks of finding your passion in creative ways and to perhaps spice up your love life if it has become a bit stale or predictable.

Scent calls upon our emotions by invoking memories when we smell a certain scent, such as pine trees remind me of Christmas’s of my childhood where we always had a fresh pine tree. The scent of a particular perfume in a crowd can instantly transport you back and bring you to mind of a particular person. Lately I’ve been smelling Jasmine when there is none around, that is a spiritual message for me one of healing which those of you who know me well means a lot to me. I have even smelt this while walking to the Oncology clinic, there is no Jasmine there only huge gum trees and native plants. What scent is calling out to you this week? Where will the trail take you to? Have you been thinking of delving into essential oils? Let your spiritual nose guide you towards a new path.

Hummingbird Spirit lately I have been seeing Hummingbirds everywhere, there used to be one that came to a particular plant in our garden but since the cats and dog arrived I haven’t seen him or her. But I’ve seen illustrations of them all over the place these past two weeks. This card is a reminder of the sweetness of life, to drink deeply from the nectar of life, to be in the here and now and not flit around from one thing or the other, be still and take time to smell the flowers. Manifesting your dreams are very possible this week.

The beautiful Blessings card speaks of just that blessings, these are emerging into our life from those in Spirit, Angels, Guides and Guardians are watching over us. Be open to the voice of the divine and spiritual signs, profound healing energy is flowing to us this week if you can’t feel or see the signs ask for Angelic help (or whomever you believe in)

Instead of feeling stuck as The Hanged Man often implies, try the key word on this card and Meditate. Sit in Peace as Suzanne Giesemann suggests for 3 minutes a day, and ask yourself what do I need to know? Or ask for insight on what is troubling you, this will take some practice but is well worth it.

The Hierophant is a card that speaks of long held traditions The Hierophant in tarot often represents tradition, institutions, and guidance from established systems. It can signify seeking wisdom from authority figures or conforming to societal norms. It suggests a need for structure and adherence to certain beliefs or practices for spiritual growth. Here the name has been changed to The Mystic as The Chariot has to Freedom. If you are feeling stifled in any way use the Chariots energy to break free and form your own traditions, whether that be at home, work, or spiritually.

Use the Rats energy of industrious resourcefulness to work hard and not limit your efforts, trust your instincts and intuition always. Let the energy of blessings flow our way this week 💗

After a three-year struggle with breast cancer that later spread to my lymph nodes, I've reached a point where I can return to my love for reading.

Despite the challenges and the term "terminal" that's been attached (which I steadfastly refuse to accept), I'm determined to embrace a longer, fulfilling life.

Thanks to successful treatments like chemotherapy and medication, my cancer has significantly shrunk, empowering me to begin preventative measures against further spread. I'm resilient and resolute in my pursuit of a vibrant, healthy life ahead.

Starting next week, I'll resume my weekly readings, and my website is now live for appointments. I'm eager to connect with you through readings once more. I'm incredibly grateful for your support during this challenging phase in my life.
