🚨 THE BIG WEEKEND IS HERE | YUGIOH STATES THIS WEEKEND! 🚨

The wait is officially over. The absolute pinnacle of the local Yu-Gi-Oh! calendar kicks off this Saturday. Because this is a massive, high-tier competitive event, we have a few critical updates regarding store capacity and our regular schedule.

⚠️ CRITICAL NOTICE: NO WAR TABLES OR WEEKLY EVENTS (SAT/SUN)
Saturday & Sunday: There will be NO standard weekly events and NO casual War Table availability at all this weekend.

Retail is Open: The store will be operating as normal for browsing, purchases, and cafe orders—but the play area is strictly locked down for the States tournament.

📅 THE WEEKLY SCHEDULE (MON - FRI RUNNING AS NORMAL)
Before the chaos of States takes over on Saturday, all of our regular weekly events are locked in and running exactly as normal:

🏆 SATURDAY & SUNDAY: YUGIOH STATES MAIN EVENT
Saturday: The Main Event grids kick off early and run all day long for Swiss rounds. It's a true test of stamina, so make sure you bring plenty of water and snacks to stay sharp.

Sunday: Day 2 of the Main Event begins, alongside a packed lineup of public side events (Win-a-Box, Win-a-Mat, Generation Duels, and more) for those looking to get some high-value games in.

Get your decklists finalized, test your side decks this week, and let's get ready for an unforgettable weekend.

​The biggest weekend on our local Yu-Gi-Oh! calendar is almost upon us. As we lock in the final details for States, here is everything you need to know to ensure your spot is secured and you're fully prepared for the grind.

​🎟️ MORE TICKETS AVAILABLE
​We have officially opened up a limited number of extra tickets for the main event. If you missed out initially, head to the NJC Portal right now to lock yours in before they are gone for good.

​⏱️ REGO & PAYMENT DEADLINE (MAY 31st)
​The hard cut-off for registration and payment is Sunday, 31st May. After this, you're hoping for a spot, not guaranteed - contact the store prior to purchase.
​To confirm your spot, you MUST ensure your payment is completed in full and provide your Neuron Code to the team by the 4th June.
Unpaid spots are NOT guaranteed.
Refunds are not possible after the 3rd June. Refunds after the 31st May will incur cancellation fees.

We are heading into a massive Wednesday night, and we’re bringing the ultimate stadium atmosphere to the shop. We’ll have the State of Origin live on the TVs tonight, so you won't miss a single tackle while you're grinding out your games!

Whether you’re repping the Blues (or staying home ;) ), or just here to secure the dub in your own bracket, it is going to be absolutely jam-packed with plenty on the line on ALL fronts.

6:30 PM – Riftbound: Best of 3 battles. Lock in early!

6:30 PM – MTG Standard: Bring your best 60 and get those reps in.

7:00 PM – Pokémon VGC: We are using Champions tonight! Let’s see who rules the meta.

7:00 PM – Gundam: High-tier building and battling kicks off.

We are back on deck! Slow, but stable!

First up—a massive thank you to everyone for the well-wishes and understanding yesterday. The rest did wonders, and we are officially back in the shop today!

Because we are still easing back into full strength and catching up on behind-the-scenes logistics, we have a few quick updates to our schedule for the next 24 hours:

Trades Day Postponed: To make sure we can run this properly and give it the energy it deserves, we are postponing Trades Day to next Saturday, 30th May! Can't wait to see all your Chaos Rising hits!

Today's Hours: We will be trading today but shutting strictly at 3:00 PM so the team can finish recovering.

Tomorrow (Sunday): We will be back to normal doors-open at 10:00 AM! :)

If you had orders to collect or just wanted to drop by and browse, come on down before 3:00 PM today. See you soon!

🚨 IMPORTANT COMMUNITY UPDATE: FULL STORE CLOSURE TODAY 🚨

Hey everyone,

I am incredibly gutted to have to write this, but unfortunately, we are NOT able to open the store today AT ALL due to some very unforeseen staffing and health circumstances.

To be completely transparent about what’s going on behind the scenes:

Myself: I wasn’t feeling great last night, and this morning I am barely moving. I am currently waiting on my wife to get back with a COVID test.

Jared: Was also looking very out of it on his way out the door last night, and I haven't been able to get onto him today.

Ash: Is currently unfit to work due to ongoing medical issues.

Nathan: Is currently down in Melbourne representing us at Regionals.

Reiterating: We are completely UNABLE to open today, and all events and releases are cancelled for the time being. Being closed on arguably our BUSIEST day of the week is a massive blow and is going to near financially cripple my week—I would never choose this if there was any other option. But I refuse to risk getting our community sick just for a few bucks.

Regarding Chaos Rising: I will do my ABSOLUTE best to rest up today so I can be in and available for everyone tomorrow.

I understand this is incredibly frustrating, especially with the weekend events lined up. Thank you all for your understanding while we try to navigate this massive hiccup.
