As you are aware our stores welcome many visitors training throughout the year - it has its challenges but ultimately we love doing it and wishing new franchisee members a great start on owning the Lott franchises. We got spoilt today!

BUT i also wanted to shout out to our amazing customers for allowing us to have trainees in our store. YOU ARE THE BEST! Your patience is appreciated and we love that you throw lots of curve balls to allow us to train them properly!
