Store Manager – Boutique Patchwork & Quilting Shop
Are you passionate about retail, creativity, and leading a team? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique patchwork and quilting shop.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves customer service, has strong retail management experience, and enjoys working in a warm, creative environment.
About the Role:
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our boutique patchwork shop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and supporting your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and maintain high presentation standards
Lead, motivate, and develop a small retail team
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
Coordinate staff rosters and workflow
Support workshops, events, and in-store promotions
Maintain a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for customers
About You:
Previous retail management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Experience with stock management and merchandising
Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
A passion for sewing, patchwork, quilting, or crafts is highly regarded
