We support individuals in need and charities in the Tweed, across Australia and some overseas.

Winter has arrived… and apparently everyone suddenly remembered they need warm pyjamas 😂❄️

Good news.....

We have added lots of winter PJ items to the racks this weekend at Tweed Adventist Op Shop 🧸✨

Flannelette. Fleece. Cosy things. Grandma-level warmth. Dressing gowns. It’s all happening.

Tag someone who has pyjamas that:
👉 are full of holes
👉 Have been stolen by your teenager
👉 Are mismatched
👉 or are giving “survived since 2009” vibes…

We’ve got you covered 😄

You may have noticed these signs outside our op shop:

🟢 GREEN SIGN = We are happily accepting donations
🟠 ORANGE SIGN = Donations are temporarily paused

When the orange sign is out, it does not mean we don’t want your donations — we absolutely do, and we are so grateful for them! ❤️

It simply means our holding bay is currently full and our amazing volunteers are busy sorting through donations as quickly as possible to make more space. Usually this only takes a couple of hours before we can open donations again.

We understand this can sometimes be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Kindly check back in a little later — chances are we’ll be ready to receive your donations again soon.

Curled up on one of our vintage velvet couches with a book in hand, completely at home — exactly the kind of moment we love seeing in our space. There’s something pretty special about a shop that invites people, big and small, to slow down, settle in, and stay awhile.

Today we received one of our most heart-melting reviews 💛

A little girl named Aysha left behind a gorgeous drawing in our shop, complete with the words “this is an amazing op shop” — and honestly, we might frame it 😄

It gave our volunteers the biggest smile and absolutely made our day.

Now we have a little mission… does anyone know Aysha? We’d love to invite her back in and say thank you properly. There’s a little shopping credit waiting for her so she can choose something special from the shop 🛍️

Who says you need to spend big to feel good at the gym? 💪

Our racks are bursting with activewear at the moment — we’re talking thousands of pieces ready for a second life. Leggings, crop tops, tees… if it belongs in a gym bag, there’s a good chance you’ll find it here.

And not just any pieces — brands like Lululemon, Lorna Jane, Nike, Adidas, Dharma Bums and more… all mixed in and waiting to be discovered.

Truly special items are often donated to our store.... 🤍

This week, a beautiful wedding dress found its next chapter… and we were lucky enough to meet the bride-to-be who said “yes” to it.

Chosen for one love story and now ready to be part of another — stitched with memories, laughter, and moments that matter.

In a world of fast fashion....where so much is made to be temporary, it’s lovely to see something treasured continue its story…

We think that’s pretty special ✨
