I will have quilts, cushions, curtains, tablecloths, napkins as well as women & children’s clothing.

I know I always tend to post the pretty pinks, blues and greens in prints, however, Anokhi also design warm earthy prints which can create beautifully grounding and organic spaces.

Imagine the room relatively plain and simple, with some wood, in a simple bed or antique chair with a cane bedside table or light shade, add texture with dried flowers or drift wood, a Persian or jute rug, an old painting or mirror, oh and of course some linen sheets, maybe in turmeric or natural tones, and then throw on an Anokhi quilt in a warm inviting print…….completely delightful to sleep with.

It has been 3 weeks now since opening my little store at 114 High Street Tenterfield and I have absolutely enjoyed the camaraderie from locals and visitors coming in to have a look & say hello. Just a reminder that there is one week left to come and purchase something to go in the draw for an Anokhi baby quilt, which can also be used as a knee or picnic rug.
