At Feedtech, we welcome feedback — good or bad.

No company ever improved its products or service by ignoring what customers have to say. Listening is how you get better.

One thing we pride ourselves on is backup service and support. When you call Feedtech, you speak with someone who understands the equipment and can help get a solution moving quickly.

Last year we introduced Pre-Season Servicing for Feedtech Auto Feeders across Victoria and Southern NSW for the first time, helping customers check their systems before the busy feeding season. Due to the strong response, we plan to expand this service even further.

Feedtech Auto Feeder owners are also invited to join our closed Facebook group – Feedtech Support Hub, where we share updates, advice, and practical tips on getting the most out of your system. Throughout the year we also send out emails with handy hints and operational tips.

And perhaps the most important thing of all…
