✅When hunting on private property, you must always have permission from the landowner or manager. Access to private land is a privilege that must be taken seriously. Always follow the landholder’s rules and only target animals you have permission to hunt. As an ethical bowhunter, you must ensure that you only take shots that will result in a humane and ethical harvest.

✅When hunting on declared and open public land in NSW, you must have a current R-Licence and written permission. Our public land hunting Google map shows all NSW forests that are declared and open to R-Licence holders as well as those open to bowhunting only.

Each written permission lists the game that can be targeted on the specific public land area. Hunting outside of the specific rules listed on your written permission, or the written permission conditions, is an offence and attracts heavy penalties and suspension or cancellation of an R-Licence.
