Hi, just got a jetblack whisper smart turbo trainer and I’m struggling to connect to it.... I’ve tried cycling on it for 20+ mins and the light still won’t come on and it won’t show up on the jetblack app or zwift app on iPhone, or show up any sensors on my garmin bike computer. The unit is brand new. Any ideas where I’m going wrong or is it u/s and need returning? 😢
