This is the Yates Tactical 361 Special Ops Full Body Harness, designed as a modular harness and tactical vest for US Air Force helicopter pilots and crew.

Comes with front attachment points for extraction or rappel, dorsal D-ring compatible with SPIE lanyard, waist loops for gear bags, and a moulded rubber drag handle on the rear.

Staying in the US, Southern Cross swung through Utah to visit another of ours and your favourite brands - Rock Exotica! [Pause for applause]

To see the whole production line, from alu rods delivered in the back to finished goods packed for shipment, was a real treat. And many thanks to Brandon for being so generous with his time. I even got to meet the founder, Rock Thompson (yes, that really is his name).

Now, please excuse me while I take some time off. There are a couple of Alan’s stepping into my shoes while I’m away. Please be gentle with them! See you in August!

While we don’t actually work on the ropes, we still get out there testing the gear at the weekends, in this case Whungee Wheengee canyon in the Blue Mountains on Sunday. Epic day!
