🎂 1-Hour Vertical Birthday Cake
Busy mum hack — teen-approved 😉
🍰 Sponge (28×28 cm)
4 eggs · 1 tsp lemon juice
1½ tbsp stevia or 60g sugar
1 tsp vanilla · 40 ml oil · 40 ml milk
50 g flour
🥄 Filling (any)
Cream / yoghurt / cream cheese / fruit / Nutella / matcha
👩🍳 Method
Beat egg whites + sugar → soft peaks
Mix yolks + liquids + flour
Fold together gently
Pour, tap, bake 170–175°C (20–23 min)
Cool → cut into strips
Spread, roll, wrap into a tall cake
Freeze 10 min to set
Frost & decorate
