DRX Hop-Ups Custom 3d Printed Parts for the Kyosho DRX chassis🔰🇦🇺 The Kyosho DRX platform has long been discontinued, but the chassis is one of Kyosho's most fun creations.

I love it so much that I created and continue to create custom and replacement parts for the great platform. So far the parts I've created for my DRXs are :
- Plastic Drift Tires (DRX size and scale - 110mmOD)
- Plastic RallyX Tires (DRX size and scale - 112mmOD)
- Custom Drift wheels - in the style of BBS LM/RS, TE37, fifteen52, etc.
- 9v Plug'n'Play Forced Air Cooling Kit for all Nitro DRXs.

Torque Bar to help with bigger motor swaps.
- Drift style Bounce Back Bumper Bars for Front or Rear.
- Antenna Relocation Mount.
- Replacement AUX Lids. Battery, Mid, and RX Lids.
- Replacement Upper and Lower Suspension Arms. If you have a broken DRX and are missing certain parts to get it going again. Please do not hesitate to contact me on [email protected]

Custom left and right side Aero Boards for the DRX. A perfect fit that mounts using pre-existing holes in the chassis.
Also pretty good at stopping sticks and stones from entering the car, protecting things like the transmission!

Once Kyosho discontinued the DRX we were left with no official tire option!
Until now.
I've looked far and wide to source a NEW Rubber Tire for the DRX.
My Wheel and Tire combo is 4mm wider than the factory counterpart, increasing the car's track and therefore improving stability and handling.
However unlike the width, I've kept the rolling diameter as close as possible to factory so that there is no difference in high/low speeds and acceleration.

Pretty sure Kyosho released a Rally Car without a side board or dust guard option... My side aero boards won't stop the ...

Pretty sure Kyosho released a Rally Car without a side board or dust guard option...
My side aero boards won't stop the dust, but they sure will stop sticks and stones from flicking up into the car.
I am working on a complete dust solution in the mean time.

From factory the rear of the DRX was completely naked in terms of a bumper bar.
Back when parts were available you could buy a second foam bumper set and attach it to the rear. But now that parts are so hard to come by I figured I'd draw up a simple flexible bumper bar, which work for both front and rear.
Printed in ABS with concetric infill for flexibility and rebound. The size is also much longer than the factory foam bumper, covering a greater area for a bounce back if a wall is clipped or control is lost.

Seeing as though I've posted all the wheels individually in both the Drift and RallyX tire options. I thought I'd drop my entire line-up of wheels for the 1/9 scaled Kyosho DRX😅
More designs will come in later development cycles as I've moved on to other part designs since these wheels. Some designs are purely aesthetic, and some that are much needed quality of life mods.

You cannot have a rally car platform without the fifteen52 range right?!🛞
These wheels are normally available for the 1/10 scale cars such as the HPI rally range.
But I'm bringing the TurboMacs to the 1/9 scale DRX platform. And I'll be doing a 1/8 Buggy run as well cause I think they would suit the buggies very nicely 👌
