We want to address an unfortunate incident that occurred at our Eastvillage Shopping Centre branch yesterday at 4:36 pm. A customer experienced a fall due to green onions’ leaves on the floor, and we acknowledge that our staff response was not up to our usual standards.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer. We’re actively working to improve our training procedures and maintain a safer shopping environment.

As a gesture of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we would like to offer a $100 spend amount at our shop to the lady involved. Our aim is to make things right and ensure incidents like this don’t happen again.
