Help needed to obtain a BrailleNote Touch device to enable a Blind person to read Braille.

I recently met a very talented young man who has arrived in Australia from a non english speaking country of war. He has quickly taught himself English and how to read Braille and to play musical instruments.
He has been blind since birth and can not get any assistance until his humanitarian visa is finalised.
We would love help to find him a BrailleNote device that would help him read in Braille.

Would you know anyone who might have a second-hand Braille device?
We would appreciate any suggestions on anyway to help him to even get a second hand device, located in Sydney. HumanWare Australia BrailleNote Users
