A part from being fun, here are some of the benefits of sensory play:
- It allows little ones to learn through exploration, curiosity and creativity
- Builds nerve connections in the brain
- Encourages language development
- Presents opportunities to develop motor skills
- Helps little ones focus and regulate their emotions
- Encourages problem solving and critical thinking
