Hello SPRING ~ Hello Tomatoes🍅
// Spring is just around the corner and we bloody love this time of year! Life just has this real ZING to it! So does our garden and our kitchen. Tomato seedlings are growing strong almost ready to be replanted in the patch and the potential for bright and delicious salads are on their way.

There are so many interesting and tasty varieties of tomatoes and the farmers market is always a colourful spectacle when spring pops, so be brave and try something different.

One of simple spring time favourites is a caprese salad. Delicious rich tomatoes, fresh fragrant basil, soft buffalo mozzarella and of course a good dripping and drizzle of our TKOC. extra virgin olive oil. We also like to slightly salt with a crumble of smoked sea salt… perfection 🤤

What does abundance mean to you?
What does it look like?

To us, we feel abundant when we have a fridge full of our favourite fresh produce and we have meals to share with each other and our friends and family.

We feel abundant when our to do list is done and we have time to ourselves to read, cuddle, daydream and play games.

We feel abundant when we are surrounded by loved ones who make our lives richer and fill our lives with laughter.

We feel abundant when we appreciate the nature that surrounds us and how fortunate we are for clean water and air.

Abundance for us grows when we stop, slow down and find deep gratitude for even the smallest of things.

When we are grateful we are abundant!
