We were honoured to host Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cem Gençoğlu, Education Attaché from the Turkish Consulate, at the Suffa Centre.

🎓 Dr. Gençoğlu delivered a thought-provoking talk titled:
“Feelings or Thoughts – Which Truly Defines Us?”

His insights sparked deep reflection and meaningful discussion as we explored the essence of what shapes our character and inner self.

Alhamdulillah, we commenced our Fiqh of Worship course with a fruitful introduction to the Hanafi madhab and the various rulings pertaining to prayer and purification.

Throughout this course, we will cover the rulings and etiquette of prayer and purification.

We look forward to welcoming you every Friday at 7:30 PM.

We had the honour of hosting Imam Abdurrahman Asaroğlu, Managing Director of Gallipoli Home and Auburn Gallipoli Mosque.

He visited ‘Suffa’ and delivered a beautiful presentation on identity in Australia, featuring a touching documentary on the journey of Australian Turks and their migration story 🇹🇷🇦🇺
