This end of the tool can be used for trigger point therapy (the objective of trigger point therapy is releasing or softening a muscle knot to reduce or hopefully eliminate the knot pain your experiencing)

This release happens by applying different levels of pressure to muscle knots, and then stretching the affected areas through a complete range of motion.

We believe our recovery tool is the best for getting deep into the tissue and melting away the knots in tense muscles.

Meet Victor, founder and CEO of Pivot recovery tool.

After years of manual labour, Victors back couldn’t take it any longer so he began to look at different ways he could heal himself.

Starting with a plank of wood in his garden workshop, PRT was slowly created.
Trying different shapes, add ons and weights, Victor tried them all to give himself the best chance of a natural, pain free recovery.

After helping himself, Victor started to share his story with his family and friends and they asked to borrow the original PRT.

After a year of friends, family and work colleagues borrowing the tool, Victor soon realised that he could help more people by sharing his recovery tool with the world and so here we are..
