All bandanas are available in 4 different sizes, to make sure our sizing is inclusive and we can provide something for mini breeds just as well as for giant breeds ❤

Anyone that knows me, knows that I have 2 go-to hairstyles: high-ponytail or high-bun with hairband 🤣

So it only seemed natural when I started making these items, to also make scrunchies and hairbands for my own needs in hopes that others would like them too!

Every hairband has a piece of elastic sewn into the back and you can tie & untie them as many times as you like to find the perfect fit that is right for you.

Surely this must happen to you too?

Hey there 🙋‍♀️

my name is Esther and I have quite literally been 'Inspired by Alfie'. I thought it was time to put a face to my little business! I truly love engaging with each and everyone one of you.
You may have noticed I am a fan of replying to stories in gifs; a 'skill' I have perfected thanks to wfh 🤣

Shortly after adopting Alfie last year, I realized how many misconceptions there were about his breed; but I also discovered that people on the street were much more likely to give him a smile, if he was wearing something cute, such as a bandana.

Not wanting to add a further to the strain on the environment due to fast fashion, the idea to making such items from upcycled fabrics and 'Inspired by Alfie' were born!

Remember how Alfie wore 2 bandanas ? well this is one of the styles he rocked ✨

Not sure about the sizing? Alfie rocks both a Medium and a Large Bandana in this image.
Both fit him comfortably, but the Large covers his chest generously and the straps are also longer.

To compare measurements:

- Medium: suitable for neck sizes 40cm- 50cm. The total length is 72cm; the bandana triangle itself measures 31cm x 19cm

- Large: suitable for neck sizes 50cm-70cm The total length is 90cm; the bandana triangle itself measures 36cm x 24cm

All our accessories are made from upcycled or rescued fabrics, mostly they are even unused, but have been discarded for some reason.
Sometimes we get great vintage finds that have been in someone's cupboard for decades, which means that I can create items that are truly unique 😍
