Club Chef Surry Hills will be closed on Saturday 25th of April and will re-open on Tuesday the 28th of April 2026.

Any online orders placed during this time will be dispatched on Tuesday when we re-open.

Just like you we are looking forward to some well-earned time off after Christmas. Therefore, our trading hours have changed during the upcoming Holiday period.

Final online orders for 2025 must be received before 10am on Wednesday 24th December to ensure dispatch before our warehouse closes for the Christmas holidays.

​Online orders placed over the holiday period will be dispatched as soon as our warehouse opens on Monday 5th of January 2026.

The TAFE NSW | Club Chef Cookery Challenge was held on the 9th of September 2025.

The day consisted of a record 10 Teams from various TAFE Campuses across NSW, competing in a Mystery box, 3-course Cookery Challenge. This is the 12th year the Competition has been run.

Teams from Ultimo, Ourimbah, Ryde, Wollongong, Campbelltown, Northern Beaches, Wetherill Park, Baulkham Hills, Nowra and Hunter Institutes converged on TAFE NSW - Ultimo Campus to battle it out.

The competition was extremely exciting and tightly contested. With fabulously presented and exquisitely tasting dishes presented by all teams.

The eventual winners, Baulkham Hills took out 1st prize, closely trailed by Ourimbah in 2nd place and 3rd place went to Ultimo.

The Best Entree Award was presented to Nowra, The Best Main Course Award was presented to Baulkham Hills, and the Best Dessert Award was presented to Northern Beaches.

Congratulations to all the Competitors and Team Managers, you certainly did your Campuses proud.
