it didnt just happen over night, i didnt start this because I "thought" I could do it.

10 years Dept of Defence, Electronic Warfare
7 years at Belman Guitars
Honours Degree in Electronics, RMIT. (18 month major project based in design of tube circuits & DSP)
(qualified at 8Tz means an ACTUAL Degree in engineering)
built 1st guitar in 1992 with the assistance of Frank Untermeyer CEO Hamer Guitars

Rough week, 8 broken ribs, fractured chest plate, skull & pelvis, Punctured organs, neck brace for 8 weeks. List goes on...

Thanks to my amazing wife & daughter, all my friends here & abroad reaching out with support & best wishes.
Going to be rough couple months ahead, won't be taking any work during recovery.

PSA $350!!! This guitar was wild for the money, admittedly I did some mods on it & now it's outrageous.
Trem was damaged on knife edge, had file that back, sanded flat all the wood to wood surfaces, nut needed cutting correctly.
Reshaped the neck, removing the paint & applied oil/wax burnished finish, heavy roll on fingerboard edges, replaced all electronics, putting in humbucker set, & of course NYXL strings.
Of course that's a lot of work, but I wouldn't have done any of it if the body & neck weren't great to start with, & they are, didn't need a fret dress to get 1.1mm action, this guitar is absolute steal at $350.
Tour/travel guitar sorted, can't wait to hit the road with this beast soon.

R.I.P. Glen LaFerman, an artist, photographer to the stars & my friend. Your friendship meant so much, don't know where to begin, you were truly one of a kind, and gave the world memories that are still inspiring to this day & tomorrow.
Thanks for letting me into your world and all the time spent hanging, in the yard, eating out, at costco, watching movies, enjoying a quite drink, and of course getting told to "GET OUT!"
