I think the pictures say it all but why????
There are guidelines for skin tears ( Istap: International Skin Tear Advisory Panel) worst of all the steri strips have no purpose for this wound!!

Pick a cream any cream!!!! Sometimes too much does not mean better outcomes! All of these in one bathroom and still very dry skin!!

When the wound care nurse becomes wounded!! Never underestimate the power of puppy teeth! Lucky I had a wound care helper and steri strips avoided a suture!!

Using a bed extension with a pressure reducing mattress. Put the extension at the head of the bed so the person's heels are resting on the pressure relieving system. Spot the mistake here!
